MOE iCON Password Reset
Please provide a scanned copy of your NIE Matriculation card and Public Service card and email these documents to Service Desk.
Note: As password reset is done at MOE iCon Service Desk through NIE Service Desk, please allow 3 working days to process your request.
Change of Email Address
Please scan PS card, Matriculation card and NRIC/FIN and email these documents to Service Desk.
Note: As approval and update of email address are processed by MOE, please allow a minimum of 2 weeks to complete the request.
